Questions we are asked about warranty and returns

How long does a unit of Air Factory vape range last in normal use?

For a typical adult user the answer sits between 5 and 8 days, depending on draw length and power setting. Heavy users will be at the short end of that range, which is worth knowing when you plan reorder volumes.

What causes a burnt taste with Air Factory vape range?

Nine times out of ten it is priming. A coil that has not been saturated before first use, or a tank run dry, will scorch the wicking and that taste does not go away. Fitting a new coil and waiting a few minutes before the first draw prevents it entirely.

What strength should a retailer stock first for Air Factory vape range?

Start with the middle strength in the range and add one step either side once you see what sells. Shops that open with a single strength almost always have to reorder within a fortnight, and the second order is usually the one that reveals the real demand curve.

How should Air Factory vape range be stored to protect shelf life?

Cool, dark and sealed. Heat and direct sunlight degrade both nicotine and flavour well before the printed date, and a shop window is the worst place in the building to keep stock for any length of time.
